In particular the company brokers commercial transactions between buyers and sellers, for example, those involved in the organisation of major global sporting events. The company is developing an information transaction portal for major global sporting events that will increase its global reach and engagement with buyers and sellers. This will enable the company to substantially increase its opportunities within different global markets providing the means to sustain and increase its planned business growth.

They are looking for partners for the technical development of the software for the portal. The UK SME will formulate the requirements and the concept. The partner should realise the technical implementation with a technical cooperation agreement or a similar contractual agreement.

Expertise sought

The development of the platform should focus on the compatibility with the operating systems: Windows, Android, iOS and MacOS. The main purpose of the portal is to run on PCs, but should be usable on mobile devices. An incremental approach will demand design of an open architecture to be released in phases. Certain areas of the portal will be accessed via password protection. An automated payment system will be included.

Requested partner

For the development of the software portal to support the business of the sports market. They are looking for start-up companies or high-growth small and medium companies that can participate in the development of the first phase of the portal. The development should be undertaken on the operating systems Windows, Android, iOS, and MacOS. For this, the partners do not need any knowledge about the business of the sport market, as the company is always available. 



Together, as partners, they want to roll out this project globally in phases. The UK company will take full responsibility for the development of the portal, marketing, and sales. The partner technology provider is responsible for the technical response, with ownership of all IP residing with the UK company. Marketing rights as a technology partner will be agreed subject to negotiation.



The partnership should not be phased out after the phase of development, subject to successful collaboration. The technology provider will be informed of all technical and business opportunities for subsequent phases. A long-term partnership is envisaged.
