Description

Ukrainian company has its annual production volume proximal to 100 000 units. The main products are methane-sampling instruments for furnace hearths, ladles and other units, and units of thermo-electrical generators for measuring temperature of liquid metal. 

The company employs 164 employees: consumes 439 000 MWh/y of electricity, 2 700 m3/y of water. 

One of the main technological processes is the manufacturing of sampling instruments. This process includes rolling units of paper cylinders, stamping (manufacturing of sampling instruments parts), manufacturing of heads for sampling instruments and packaging. Paper, liquid glass, metal, electricity, heat energy and compressed air are used in the production processes. Implementation of a compressors using technologies and installing/reinstalling of compressor equipment will lead to optimization of compressor system and using of compressor heat for premises heating.

The company requires a compressor using technology for metallurgical plants. Expected charges on company’s modernization amount to 85’000 UAH.



Installation of compressors using technologies for metallurgical plants will allow reduction in electricity network (up to 40 %) and will make possible to use a compressor heat for company’s needs. Saving of natural resources leads to decrease of a carbon footprint of the enterprise and increase of its resource efficiency. 

 

Basic advantage of compressors using technologies implementation is an independency from electricity supply. Also this modernization will allow to:

- reduce a great losses of water and condensed air 

- cut an environmental impact of the enterprise.



The enterprise is looking for technology owners, business partners for cooperation  by financial agreement or joint venture agreement.
