For the Dutch law enforcement organization with a workforce of 65,000 employees and many decentralized locations, it is really a challenge to conduct efficient consultations. Virtual meeting is of course what is already being used, but face-to-face meetings remain important. 

They have many locations in the country, where meetings with a minimum of 4 people to a maximum of 8 people are facing a challenge to efficiently plan the time, location, suitable meeting room and transport to be chosen. How can travel time be minimized as much as possible and possibly driving together encouraged? This in relation to sustainability.

Description of the challenge
The Dutch law enforcement organization is looking for a combination of existing SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions combined into an on premise environment. This in-company software solution should contain business rules for meetings and also make suggestions regarding best location, best available meeting location, shortest average travel time of all participants, as well as agreements regarding this meeting, with the aim of achieving efficiency. They are looking for SMEs who can help them develop a total solution in an online environment. What innovative ideas exist about using technology for this purpose.
