The company is looking for innovative SME's in the field of conceptual design, interaction design and ICT. The company aims to eventually adopt a new solution in the frame of a services agreement and is open to co-develop this solution in the frame of a technical cooperation agreement.

Description

The Dutch accountancy, consultancy and tax services firm prepares reports about complex matters. 



The reporting consists of an extended report in combination with a summarizing (powerpoint) presentation. In the report a multitude of topics is addressed, as well as the relationship between these topics. This makes the reports very bulky and complex. 



The clients, often boards, expect an integrated view, answers to their potential questions and a view across the different disciplines of the board members. This multicomplex requirement is forcing the firm to provide a very complete deliverable.



The accountanty firm is eager to find a way to make  

- the reporting more accessible

- the reporting to provide insight about the complexity of the matter

- it easier to evaluate from different viewpoints 

- it easier to take out the management summary for different disciplines

- it easy to prepare these reports by their workers 

- the reporting state-of-the-art



They believe that presenting in large booklets and powerpoints, is outdated. 



The company aims to find tools that are in concept or lab tested. Eventually they aim to adopt an approach that they can use in the frame of a services agreement. However they are willing and prepared to co-develop this approach in the frame of a technical cooperation agreement. 



This technology request is an innovation challenge that is published on an open innovation platform. If interest in cooperation with this firm is expressed, the potential partner will be guided towards this open innovation platform on which he can get in touch with the company via a chatfunction. Mind that posts on this platform are not confidential. Besides open discussion on the platform, sharing of confidential information will be made possible on demand. 



After the open platform will close July 15th, the expressions of interest will be handled as usual in this network. 



After July 15, the firm will start selecting the SME's that will be proposed to continue the development of their solution.
