The company is now working on a bio-based product that was recently patented and protected at USA and EU used to treat H. Pylori infection in Gastritis, as a replacement for the antibiotics of the triple therapy that needs testing.
The company is looking for nutraceutical experienced partners for testing this project through service agreement.

Description

A leader Jordanian biotech company established in 2005, in developing, manufacturing, and marketing its own safe biotech products that encounter serious worldwide illnesses. The company is now considered one of the potential service provider in the region for the pharmaceutical, food industry and cosmetic sectors for development, testing and training.



The company is working on different projects, for example they have their first bio-based skincare innovation, formulated using secret active ingredients, immunized camel whey that they have developed and granted a patent for.

Their latest product is based on camel whey, which was first launched in the USA.



For now, the company worked on camel whey-based Nutraceutical formula for H. pylori Gastritis & Peptic Ulcers Treatment:

Their scientists succeeded to produce new novel nutraceutical formula through provoking the camel immune system to produce enriched milk with H. pylori specific polyclonal antibodies. This will help in the treatment and better control of H. pylori gastric infections and peptic ulcers. The product was already patented in 2014, received the protection in 2017 for the coming 15 years.

The product is considered a potential product as it represents the 3rd priority in bio technology, it is highly demanded in Asia, Africa and the middle east. 



Recently, the use of camel based products in improving human health has been dramatically emerged.

Several studies have shown superior benefits of camel components in the treatment of various gastrointestinal infectious diseases for example, E. coli and Hepatitis C and Rota viruses.

The company accomplished the following phases for this project: 

Research and development 

- Bacterial culture and propagation 

- Vaccine preparation 

- Immunization and immune response monitoring 

- Milk collection and Antibody purification 

- In vitro efficacy testing 

- Pre-clinical and toxicity studies 

- Patent filing and protection 



The company is now looking to proceed in the following phases that can't be done within their own facilities:

a.	Human clinical study for such nutraceutical product to have practical evidence for the efficacy 

b.	Partnership and Joint venture with a nutraceutical company to manufacture the product 

c.	Registration in the locally and globally as nutraceutical product to start marketing and sales. 



The company is seeking a partnership for the testing phase. This partnership sought through a services agreement, that may be expanded to a manufacturing agreement once the product is tested and ready or use.

Expertise sought

Experise needed are the following 



1.	Nutraceutical expertise : such expertise should be able to perform the following( or part of them ) 

a.	Oral dosage Formula development to develop or evaluate our formula to end with a final dosage form formula for our product.

b.	Conducting all testing needed for formula to be an accredited formula with all needed documents for regulatory as nutraceutical product 

c.	Bulk production of the product with all needed packaging and labeling.

The company is seeking a Nutraceutical company to cooperate with in this project for testing the product through a services agreement and this cooperation might be expanded to complete the requested following steps (or part of them) to commercialize the product, which are:

-	Formula development and testing to end with a dosage form for consumers\ (or working in our developed formula)

-	Production and documentation to be ready for registration in all countries as nutraceutical product.

-	Invest in a clinical study in an accredited CRO to have strong evidence for the efficacy to use iit in marketing.

-	Marketing and branding of the products including all marketing materials and strategies.
