An Italian company working in aerospace, rail and automotive field and specialised in design, stress, fatigue and damage tolerance, dynamic, acoustic and modal analysis, developed studies and finite element method simulations to solve a critical problem in the aeronautical field: the bird impact on the wing's leading edge.

The company are therefore looking for laboratories or manufactures with expertise in spray forming or cold spray, aluminium foam and thermophoresis process, to develop, test and build a new class of lightweight, high-performance composite metallic materials, that are already studied and designed.

The enterprise are seeking partners to sign a technical cooperation agreement to share skills in order to realize and test a prototype of the device.
