Summary

The French SME develops and sells organic home fragrances and cosmetic products based on essential oils.
Two types of partnerships are sought. 
Firstly, services agreement with suppliers able to develop new formula and new products such as powders, gels, cremes as well as diffuses' fragrances.
Secondly, conditioning and packaging manufacturers are sought for their products.
Partners should be located in Europe, should respect European union regulation and must be Ecocert certified.

Description

The French company develops its own home fragrances and cosmetics and distributes them all over the world. Their product portfolio includes: powder, washing gel, creme and fragrance... All these French products are made with organic essential oils with at least 60% of ingredients obtained from organic agriculture. 

Their products are distributed through specialized networks and shops dedicated to "natural and healthy" products.



In their international development, they are looking for long-term partnerships: services agreement and manufacturing agreement with European partners.



Firstly, the French company needs new suppliers able to develop their new formula.

These sought partners are formulators and laboratories able to work on essential oils. Ideally, the partners will also offer the conditioning steps to get the final products. 



Secondly, the company is also looking for manufacturers able to condition and pack their products: bottles, jars, mechanical pumps, air spray, cardboard box, stickers, serigraphy, box display, wood display. 



Services and manufacturing agreements are sought with European partners respecting European union regulation and Ecocert certified.

Expertise sought

In production, the French company's needs are:

- Washing gels (240 000 units / year)

- Gel / Powder ( 100 000 units / year)

- Small-diffusers' fragrances (150 000 units / year)

- Fragrances (120 000 units / year)

- Cosmetic cremes (30 000 units / year)

Requested partner

Formulation suppliers have to be experts in formulation  of products that meet quality standards as required:

- Efficient operational quality control and European regulatory control.

- Organic formulations: at least 60% composed of ingredients obtained from organic agriculture

- Approval of the formula and labelling with regard to the applicable regulations: REACH, CLP...



For the conditioning and the packaging, the needs are the followings:  

- Printing packaging

- Packing each product

- Conditioning steps 

- Delivery

The size of the partners does not matter but they have to be expert in their field. Partner will be in charge of the packaging and conditioning of the all range of products or part of it.
