- Before discharge from hospital, the patient connects to their outpatient team. This enables a smooth transition to outpatient rehabilitation and can reduce the amount of time spent in hospital.

- The new outpatient team can view reports previously written by the inpatient team and quickly formulate a new rehabilitation program for the patient or edit the existing one.

- Therapy outcome measures can be monitored by the therapists and recorded within the platform. 

- Therapists of all six disciplines have their own personal resource library which utilizes secure cloud storage. These resources can be assigned to individual patients to assist
