Rotation vibro-granulator for nitrogen fertilizers fusion

Country of Origin: Ukraine
Reference Number: TOUA20160318002
Publication Date: 18 March 2016

Summary

A Ukrainian university offers vibrating granulators for obtaining of monodisperse granular nitrogen and complex fertilizers. Vibro-granulator is simple in construction and service, reliable, durable, it has a long period between checkups and provides the required granulometric structure. University is looking for partners interested in commercial agency agreement with technical assistance or in research cooperation in vibro-granulator development.

Description

Proposed vibrating granulators allow to produce stable, monodisperse granules with smooth glossy surface (99% degree of monodispersity), which makes possible the granulation processes and intensification of heat transfer, reduces the loss of product with dust, significantly increases the agrotechnical value of fertilizers. The use of equal (monodisperse) granules in agriculture can evenly distribute the fertilizer on the area and thereby obtain additional yield increase up to 10%.

The main technical parameters of vibrating granulators:
Productivity of the granulator – 10-100 tonnes per hour (depending on Customer's request).
Service life – 5 years.
Weight – 67 ± 3 kg.
Dimensions:
– height– 1330 ± 5mm.
– diameter of cover, 650 ± 2 mm.

Productivity, power drive and dimensions are specified during the preparation technical proposals based on customer requirements.

Setting of vibration system to proposed granulators allows to:
– regulate the rate of jets decay, depending on the granulator load;
– control vibration frequency with a PC;
– get more quality fractional composition of finished product;
– simplify the maintenance services of granulator vibration system;
– use in the production of a more reliable vibration system.
Using of filter in proposed granulators reduces in 3-4 times the number of stops of granulator for removal of inclusions contained in melt; allows to submit to granulator purified melt, thus reducing service; improves the granulometric composition of result product, due to the reduction clogging holes of granulator basket.

The University in Sumy has 50 years of experience in implementation of scientific development for chemical industry and for the last years of research of granulation processes of it has been accumulated sufficient experience in development and implementation of new high-performance granulators.
The University is interested in establishing long-term cooperation with potential partners in the form of research cooperation in vibro-granulators development or agreement for development of equipment and / or commercial agency agreement with technical assistance.
If customer will be interested in the detailed consideration of the proposal, the University is ready to provide services of scientific and technical advice and relevant materials, proving the effectiveness of project decisions after signing of a protocol about confidentiality of received information.

Advantages and Innovations

Compared with static, centrifugal, acoustic and other types of used granulators, proposed vibro-granulators provide such advantages:
– increased of agro-technical value of fertilizers;
– high safety in operation;
– production of more competitive uniform granules;
– removal of product’s sticking in towers;
– decrease of dustarising.
