Their product is a new generation microorganism identification kit.



The invention is particularly an analysis medium like plate or strip/multiple tube which is ready-to-use for HRM (High Resolution Melting) and Tm analysis (thermal stability analysis). This kit is developed for classification of an unknown microorganism obtained from any medium to identificate the strain/kind/species/family level.



The kit aims to reveal a microorganism identification system and method providing accurate, quick, efficient, and reproducible results for identification in a taxonomic manner of an unknown microorganism insulated from any environment.



Phenotypic and genotypic methods are widely used in microorganism identification. Phenotypic methods are based on morphologic, physiologic and biochemical characteristics. Techniques based on phenotypic methods are based on conventional tests used for routine identification, microscopic examination, assimilation of different carbon sources, vitamin requirements, development in different temperature environments and high concentration sugar or salt environments, resistance against antibiotics, and characteristics of hydrolyzing various substrates.
