Description

The Slovenian company has more than 60 years of experience with developing and producing of aluminium elements. In the past 3 years they have been developing innovative products for outdoor use, made of aluminium frame and combined with wood, ropes, leather and other materials.

They developed a modular program of outdoor equipment, suitable for fitness (for all generations, the latter was developed in cooperation with a kinesiology institute) or for other outdoor uses, such as an outdoor classroom, playroom or a space for socializing. All the elements are environmentally friendly, flexible and mobile, so they can be easily reconfigured, assembled at the point of installation. and disassembled for reusing parts in new products or moved to another location.

Universal and flexible elements allow high degrees of freedom of design and fast developing of unique products. The elements developed introduced innovative technological and constructional solutions with embedded Internet of Things along with the innovative design (photo Cube).

The company’s aim is to develop long time partnership with companies, which have interest in developing new or upgrading their existing business for providing solution for open urbane spaces, which include designing, manufacturing, equipping and servicing, by using technologically advanced solutions developed by Slovenian client.

The company is looking for partners in Austria, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Scandinavia, Poland or United Kingdom, offering a commercial agency agreement with technical assistance for implementing their technology and products, or licence agreement.

The first agreement type selected will allow future partners to receive know-how and experience of the Slovenian client in long-term cooperation, raising their technological expertise and upgrade their product portfolio. The desired outcome of the cooperation is developing of new possibilities for use of the programme, its further technological development and spreading of its market reach. 

Licence agreement will provide future partners with technologically advanced solutions based on the long years of experience and development of Slovenian client, thus upgrading their know-how and skills.

Advantages and Innovations

Their innovative approach of integrated content solutions for equipping open urban spaces is a sustainable approach.  With Internet of Things integrated in products users get new functionalities and services in open public places, which were until now mostly reserved for indoor uses. In addition, the outdoor equipment for playgrounds, parks and other outdoor areas, made of aluminium has many advantages, such as low density, good mechanical properties and good corrosion resistance, very good thermal and electrical conductivity and in particular, a long life span with practically no maintenance costs (more than 15 years guarantee). The concept is environmentally oriented, offering solutions that can be implemented in degraded areas, which can be turned into attractive points for socializing and outdoor activities. 

Besides innovative concept and design, the elements developed contain technologically innovative solutions as well as new solutions in construction. 

The products are tested in different fields and bear certificates: the safety assessment of a playground and certification salt chamber test. The producer follows also the standards: SIST EN 1176,  SIST EN 1177, ENEC certificate.

Requested partner

The company is looking for partners with ability and technology for producing various elements from aluminium and assemble them in constructions. The partners should provide at the least one of following technologies: 

- Aluminium castings and tooling; connection elements, baseboards, 

- Aluminium extrusion – various types of profiles 

- Bending of aluminium profiles.

It is highly recommendable that the potential partners have experience with marketing of outdoor equipment and developed sales network (or cooperation with such a company in place).
