Description

The Russian production company which is engaged in development in the sphere of preparation of forages for farm animals developed technology of preparation of a forage directly on a farm. Company works on the market since 2012.
Today a large number of vendors of dairy products is used by technologies of restoration.
Ready milk has the raised content of water, a lack of calcium and protein. It reduces nutritional value of a product that in turn has impact on physiological development of children and reduces indices of a vitality of the adult. In the majority regions there is no possibility of production of a full-fledged forage for cows. A basic element of the balanced forage for cows is sugar which deficit makes more than 20% today. The technology allows to receive the balanced forage by decomposition of starch in grain and to receive the increased amount of simple sugars to 10 times without use of enzymes, at the expense of a combination of a certain temperature and pressure in case of preparation of a forage. The developed technology can be applied on the equipment on hydrolysis of grain on farms with a livestock from 500 cows. When using technology costs of preparation of a forage decrease to 30% and at the same time the quantity of a yield of milk of milk increases to 20%.
The company offers implementation of the developed technology for preparation of a forage on farms within the commercial agreement with technical assistance. The result of cooperation is the organization of production of ready-made feeds for needs of a farms.

Advantages and Innovations

Novelty of the offered technology consists in setup of a certain temperature and pressure in case of hydrolysis of grain compounds for preparation of a forage for cows.
In case of preparation of a forage on the developed technology enzymes and acids are excluded that allows to reduce cost of preparation of a forage and to increase the content of the useful substances in a stern to 10 times.
