Summary

Description

An innovative high tech company based in Nothern Italy developed a Cloud/SaaS (Software as a service)  and Intranet Business Intelligence ecosystem of interactive services that allows organizations and institutions to find their way in the maze of laws, standards, norms and other regulations to which they are subject. As a result  internal  processes are more structured and   costs are significantly  reduced. A new type of multilingual knowledge management system  is implemented with the generic Integrated Management System framework. When combined with the multilingual terminology and cross-lingual information retrieval , a powerful platform for structured process documentation, compliance management, community building, multilingual communication, smart collaboration and e-Mentoring is available.

The e-Platform offers tools and services to structure, manage, protect, re-use, share and capitalize on multilingual content in an integrated way through a management and business intelligence cockpit that monitors and controls the legal, external and internal compliance, risk and governance requirements. It allows collaboration, communication and online interactive Smart Work between qualified experts and SMEs, between holding and affiliates, or university and their faculties in a multilingual environment. 



The e-Platform is fully developed in HTML5 and state-of-the-art technologies. It connects with existing softwares and tools through API  (Application Program Interface ) and SOAP (Simple Object Access Protocol). Both e-Platform and services are offered on a yearly license basis that can be hosted in Cloud/SaaS, as well as Inhouse/Intranet. 

The e-Platform, licensed as OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer)/white labelling Enterprise solution, is offered also to large organisations to best organise, connect and optimise their own eco-systems. Training is an additional service.



The company is  lookig for partners interested in commercial agreement with technical assistance or licence agreement. 

Investors for financial agreement are welcome as well.
