Restaurants can also take advantage of mentioned services; by identifying antioxidants throughout the restaurant’s menu, a new informed menu could emerge, in which clients would find the amount of antioxidants contained in all dishes. This would enable them to choose what to eat combining potential health benefits with one’s needs and preferences.
