Description

The company has developed a rigid lid in PEHD (polyethylene high density)  thermoplastic material with a patented closing system by clipping. The lid is not only fitted with clips, but also a seal to ensure air/water tightness. When adapted to a plastic pallet-box, this innovative lid will naturally create an airtight/watertight containment equipment.



The equipment is food quality proven and gives solution for storage and transport of different products such as, liquids, food products : juice, puree, powders, dry products, food processing ingredients, as well as other dangerous or sensitive items like chemical products or nuclear products. 

Many options can be fitted in the lid : it is possible to adapt the equipment to each activities (RFID chips, padlocks, …). It is also for instance possible to store O2 sensitive products by adding some O2 absorbers into the pallet box. All the boxes are stackable to increase the storage capacity on the floor.

Thanks to air/water tightness the products are protected from hygrometry changes, dusts, insects



Today this equipment is used by many sector as the food industry (food process, brine, juice,) also used by the army to give storage solution, nuclear companies for contaminated parts storage and some municipal building which are using it for the warehouse management. This equipment is particularly adapted to activities requiring low oxygen storage 

The company is now interested to find an industrial partner producing plastic pallet-boxes or containers and willing to add this new lid technology to its portfolio through licensing or patent acquisition.

The main advantage of the technology is the airtight and watertight storage made by clips and seal. The two septums on the lids allow to take sample of air to follow the preservation.
