Description

The Bulgarian SME has developed several innovative products in the field of water treatment. They have international collaboration experience, and project implementation capacity. Additionally, they also provide custom development of products related to water and liquid treatment, 



Limescale is also often found on old pipes and other surfaces where "hard water" has evaporated. In addition to being unsightly and hard to clean, limescale seriously impairs the operation or damages various components and appliances used. Usually limescale removal related to use of especially formulated cleaning products / chemical and spaces that are difficult to reach.  



The innovative products developed prevents the deposition of limescale and softens waters. The principle of operation is based on water flow, hydro-dynamically generating low frequency and high frequency (ultrasound) mechanical fluctuations. The low frequency fluctuations, ranging from 40 Hz to 400 Hz, are generated by a double-threaded pitch screw installed in the water passage opening. The ultrasonic range fluctuations are generated in a vortex chamber situated immediately after the double-threaded pitch screw. Simultaneously permanent magnetic fields arranged in a specific manner on the external surface of the body of the device are applied on the water flow. As a result the physical impact on the water passing through the device alters the mechanism the crystallization of carbonates and sulphates in such a way that it prevents the deposition of lime scale. Disinfection is an additional positive effect achieved by the generation of low frequency and ultrasonic waves. The degree of disinfection on the basis of a single passage of water through the device is in the range of 30-50 percent. In the case of multiple passages a higher disinfection effect is achieved. The device is applicable both in industrial and household conditions, and both in heating or cooling of water.
