Description

Italian young start-up born in 2016 has developed a new concept store dedicated to design and life-style. The project started on Instagram  in order to collect the reaction and the feedback of people, before becoming a real physical store based in Milan. 
The Italian start-up is active in the retail sector, in particular in design and architecture. The general idea is trying to offer something really innovative, never seen before, which can combine perfectly the supply of design products and the sensations which can be experienced by the visitors. The concept is to offer a premium design multi brand store that combines shopping with entertainment.
The Italian company is now looking for partners who can provide all the necessary support technologies for its stores: display technologies as for examples advanced display, made with innovative materials or with modular and transformative solutions, or display with interactive windows or in-store engagement tools like social walls or interactive features and in-store consumer tracking technologies (like heat maps) in order to complete the costumers’ experiences in the store.
This start-up aims at being the most innovative and original retail company and it is looking for companies providing innovative solutions for retail, more specifically on:
• POS and payment systems
• Product display (e.g. innovative materials, modular/transformative solutions)
• Window display (e.g. interactive windows)
• In-store engagement tools (e.g. social walls, interactive features)
• In-store consumer tracking technologies (e.g. heat maps, traffic)
The purpose is to create the most possibly memorable customer experience in-store, technologies must be entertaining and at the same time creating new communication media and supporting sales:
• Virtual reality / augmented reality
• Projection mapping
• Interactive mirrors
• Interactive screens and/or installations
Ideal partners are ICT companies providing innovative solutions for retail, the objective is to sign services agreements with them.

Besides retail, the Italian store will also include two other sectors: food and beverages and events.
Regarding the first one, the Italian start-up wants to create a restaurant inside the store, in order to entertain the customers.
For the second one, the idea is to use the space of the store to promote pure experience and entertainment such as art exhibitions, live music, yoga classes, workshops and conferences.
Moreover, the Italian company would like to develop an internal Design Studio branch, with experienced and competent architects and interior designers involved in design and furnish projects in both the areas of B2C (residential) and B2B (retail, F&B, hotels, events).
The project of the Italian start-up is a very young reality, limited for now to Milan, the long-term strategy aims to open several experience stores in Asian, Middle Asian, Easter and Western capitals, on the basis of the responsiveness of the market.
