An Italian innovative start-up that provides corporate finance services and international tax services is developing a platform that provides data budget analysis, financial planning forecast and rating. It is looking for a technology partner that can provide skilled software developers in order to work together to complete the software with international tax compliance services. They are interested in partnership via technical cooperation agreement.

Description

The company was founded on Oct. 2017. The founder’s expertise is mainly on accounting IFRS/IAS (International financial reporting standards/International Accounting standards), financial planning and International Taxation. He is guest researcher at the University of Vienna (Austria) where he is carrying on a research study in the digital economy for direct and indirect taxation and value creation models. 



The start-up is developing a software application service for SMEs and financial institutions by combining together data analysis, market valuation, benchmark analysis, tax planning and monitoring tools for tax compliance. 

To complete the software the start-up is looking for a technology partner that can provide solutions and tools to be integrated within it. The partner sought shall provide:



-	data security and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures

-	collecting accounting documents by using mobile device 

-	creating online boardrooms and application programming interfaces

-	developing tailor made reporting for clients

-	designing client-friendly interfaces 



Interested companies will be able to send their expressions of interest by June 30th 2018.
