The company, based in Italy, has expertise in electrical and electronic fields, especially in the assembly. In every kind of market, the cost and time savings represent a fundamental goal. The enterprise want to develop a digital manufacturing platform, in order to match European purchasers to Italian suppliers. 

From the purchaser point of view, the platform represents the opportunity to find quickly the right suppliers.

From the supplier point of view, instead, the system could improve both the number of purchasers and the idle machine time.



In order to develop this platform, the company needs:



•	to identify models that allow suppliers to report the idle machine times



•	to identify all the factors that allow to match European purchasers to the right supplier, based on the need analysis of the purchasers



•	to identify all the factors that allow to speed up all the phases of the system: from the supplier selection to the technological production



They are looking for a technical cooperation agreement, because the project has already started, but till now the three points above mentioned are not be developed. The ideal partner could be a University, a software house or an ICT company.
