A Brussels based company operating since 2015 develops smart programmable radiator valve and It addresses the need of having simple, smart and yet affordable heating solution to save more than 30% on heating bill while bringing a high level of comfort to end user. The technology include incremental innovations such as presence/absence detection, USB charging, room based control, enhanced reporting, device firmware upgrade

The company needs to improve their production  and looks for a technical partner with experience in manufacturing of electronic components with the capability to produce at the best cost and quality. 

The partner should manage the end to end production process from sourcing, electronic PCB, injection molding and assembling

The product is composed of a 4 layer doubble sided PCB, with 5 plastic parts to be assembled. The assembly involves electro mechanics interactions (knob, button, etc…).

The partner sought will be a an OEM Contract Manufacturer that can mass produce the product with inhouse mechanical and electronic expertise to optimize the design for DFMA. 

The expected yearly volume are few thousands on first year to few dozens of thousands on subsequent years



The collaboration will be developed under a manufacturing agreement or technical collaboration agreement.
