Description

The Austrian company is manufacturing consumer goods and is looking for industrial partners to implement an automatic separation system for solid articles. The spectrum of these articles contains different shapes and diameters in a range from 3mm to 14mm. The goods must be taken out of the containers and sorted into trays on the basis of data provided via an interface (location in container, specification, ...). Around 40.000 pick out moves are required per day.



Looking for partners that have already developed such a solution or at least could offer a proof of concept of separating solutions for the required speciation's. The company offers a technical cooperation agreement but is open to any other type of cooperation.

Expertise sought

Partners are sought who could offer solutions that are in line with or close to the following requirements: 



>> Handling unit(s) for small, solid articles (mass production)

>> Article diameter 3.0mm - 14mm

>> Workload ~ 40.000 picks/day

>> high uptime regarding production level (24/7)

Requested partner

Partners sought: industrial or technological partners with already existing technologies or working prototypes of automatic separating solutions. Alternatively, the partner could customize a suitable solution together with the Austrian company. Ideally, partners could provide a technical support afterwards. The Austrian company is willing to establish a technical cooperation agreement but is open to any other cooperation type that suits for both partners.
