The company has been involved in the design, development, characterization, scale up, manufacturing and pre-clinical investigations of medical devices made with electrospun materials. For such purpose, the company uses an industrial electrospinning system which controls the temperature and humidity rate ensuring repeatability. Moreover, the system can be programmed for all day and night electrospinning. Hence, ambitious projects can be realized.

The company has the know-how to electrospin bioresorbable and non-bioresorbable polymers and is always interested in electrospinning new polymers.

Furthermore, the company electrospins filters, patches, straight tubes and tubes with complex shapes. Metallic materials can be coated by electrospinning. In addition electrospun materials can be assembled. Characterization of electrospun materials and devices (fiber diameter, thickness, mechanical properties, in vitro functionality evaluation, drug loading and release) can be done.

The company can manufacture electrospun materials for pre- and clinical studies. These materials can be packaged in cleanroom ISO 5 to 8 prior to sterilization.
