They are looking for partners with expertise in this area for Technological Development and non-profit organisations or public entities for demonstration, dissemination and consultancyDetailsAn Andalusian ICT Institute (Spain) is preparing a project in the field of Augmented Reality for the call 2 of INTERREG IV B SUDOE.The project "Toolkit of Augmented Reality (AR) for SMEs (TAURIS)" has the objective to create an easy-to-use software package for the development of different AR applications, making this technology accessible for SMEs by reducing its costs and complexity. The toolkit will supply services for the creation of basic services, with templates and options for personalisation and configuration through a simple and intuitive architecture. Furthermore, it will offer facilities for users with little technical knowledge to create personalised applications, without the necessity to learn more about the technology itself. This will facilitate SMEs with a new tool to offer their services and products to their clients, increasing their competitiveness in the SUDOE area and beyond. Clusters of several sectors will be formed in order to support and stimulate the competitiveness of SMEs. Type and role of the required partners: - A partner with technological capacity and expertise in Augmented Reality. It should be a University, Technology Institute or a Research Organisation. - Any non-profit organisations or public entity according to the terms of the call. These organisations must be related with markets of application of Augmented Reality or directly involved in projects with this technology. Their tasks will be consultancy, demonstration and dissemination of the results.
